San Rafael Swell - Central Utah

Spent a few days with some fellow club members in the San Rafael Swell this past weekend. Had a great time and spectacular weather. We base camped at the Lone Warrior campsite not far from I-70 and spent our first day exploring the Lucky Strike and Dirty Devil mines and then drove down to Temple Mountain. My brother and I left the group and spent a few hours in Goblin Valley as well. Yesterday we packed up and headed home taking the scenic route through Black Dragon Canyon and saw some petroglyphs and a really cool cave that is completely hidden from the canyon floor. We exited back near I-70 and back to Green River to gas up and head home.

It was just what I needed for a few days. I didn't plan on giving a more detailed report, but just share lots of pictures instead. Hope you enjoy them.
