2007 Classic CCSB, has 126K on it, runs and drives great. Bought to be a DD/work truck/ camping rig/ hunting and fishing rig....well, you get the idea. Only thing I have done is remove the "bull bar", put on a set of stock tow hooks and put on a set of 265/70/17 Geolander AT/S tires to replace the 255/75/17 bald street tires.

How much lift? ORD SAS kit? Give some details!

It is about 7 inches of lift. I am currently using ORU hangers. Kingpin dana 60 up front. 14 Bolt FF with K3500 disc brakes in the rear. ORD shackle flip in the rear as well. Debating getting away from leaf springs and going to coils/coilovers for better road manners. Leaf spring setup is bomb proof and okay around town for daily driving, but can wear you out on long drives. Its too big to rock crawl

Chevy Porn is MUCH better than Ford Porn!

True to that! Although I would enjoy seeing a Dodge/RAM porn thread too though. There are tons of great build threads on Dodges around here but it would be nice to have picture samples with build links in one spot. I suppose even a Ford porn thread is in order for the Ford types. Everybody likes pictures no matter what we drive.

I love your truck. So tastefully built! Nice work . I would keep the leaves though. Perhaps some nice Alcan springs could address the complaints you have now with the current springs.

Here is my new 2013 Chevy 3500 4x4. Not sure why they ordered me a Dually. But the 400 HP and 700 Ft Lbs of torque Durmax needs that extra traction. Yee Haw!

Thanks. I have considered fabbing my own spring hangers. I think they are the issue and not the springs. I have superlift soft ride springs. ORU hangers suck. Shackle angles stink and axle needs to be pushed out another inch

Just got the slide in last night! Truck is a 99 k3500 with nv4500. Low option beast. Planning a SAS swap with a d60 and 205 out of a 86 1 ton Chevy I used around the farm. 99% sure its going to be a ORD SAS kit with 5 inches of lift and 35s. Once the front end is done its 12bt time. I daily drive the k5 in the foreground.

BabyBlue what front bumper is that?
