Looking for OEM Wheels

Hi All,
I will be moving to 255/85 tires soon and will be needing new wheels as my 2000 Tacoma came with 15 inch wheels stock. I am looking for the black 16x7 OEM steel wheels. Someone over @ TTORA told me that they were a popular wheel for folks over here. Does anyone know where I can find a set of take offs, I don't want to deal with after market replicas or replacements if I can.

Thanks

I just got a set of 16 x 7 OEM black steelies through Hubcap Annie in Rainier OR --- 800-627-7880 -- after searching Craigslist etc for several weeks.

The you can find the steelies under any 4Runner as the spare tire. Go to a junk yard and just buy 4 spares.

I think it all depends on where you live and if you’re willing to pay for shipping. I live in southern Missouri and looked for several months to find some steel wheels for a trailer project. Finally found some in a neighboring state thru the classifieds on the Tacoma World website.

Here’s a Link: http://www.tacomaworld.com/

Now if you’re lucky enough to live in CA or AZ… I see them for sale there all the time. I also found them for sale thru a Toyota parts warehouse at:

Good luck with the search and welcome to Expo. Can you feel your wallet getting lighter already?:)

Why not some 16x8, 4.5 inch BS 80 series Land Cruiser wheels? Lighter and pretty available...

try ebay...I picked up a set of 17" FJ cruiser steelies fro $45 shipped each. They were offered for $65 with free shipping and I offered $45. I bought 6 total and all look hardly used at all.

I know of a guy in San Diego that had some last time I checked. All depends on where you're located...fill in your profile!

The tacoma steel spares are a little different than the 4runner ones. I found mine at a junk yard and I traded a few friends some tacoma steel wheels for their 4runner ones.

Nice truck SOAZ! those are the ones I'm looking for.
Anyone know of a junk yard that would have some Tacoma spares around the Denver area? I would like to avoid having them shipped if possible.

How are the 4runner wheels different from the Tacoma wheels? Most of the ones I have found for sale seam to have them listed for both tacomas and 4runners, tundras and sequoias as well.
