I've been looking at doing a steel frame with an aluminum skin backed with standard rigid insulation board, but the stiffness provided by the honeycomb board you chose is very attractive (and thankfully very easy to find!--don't worry, I won't mention you). Have you had any issues with oil-canning associated with the different CTE's?
