Unfortunately no, but all I did was cut out 3 inches from the flare and the sheet metal. I used a ruler with a hole at 1 inch and a second hole at 4 inches. The first hole had a screwdriver in it and the other had a marker. I followed the fender well all the way around and proceeded to cut. Once complete I cleaned the burrs off, put some touch up paint over the exposed metal and finished them off with some black edge trim from Vatozone.
