Workhorse tearing the old floor out was horrible. I used a plasma cutter, this put off some god awful fumes. So I replaced the floor first, I layed down a 2" weld about every foot. I then added the supports underneath. Same idea with the welds. Underneath I por15 all the metal then seam...

Workhorse I rebuilt the tongue with square tubing but left it the stock length.

Sorry to reply to these questions late. The H2O pump is from state trailer supply can't remember what brand but it cost around $60. I built the top out of 1" square tubing, different thickness. The main frame was 1/8" and the filler pieces were 14gauge. The skin is 14Gauge and finished off...
