Thanks for your message, John. I will put you on list, but I think that the sale is going to be final. Buyer is coming up on the 16th to get it. And living here is really wonderful. Trails are an hour away during the summer, and it's beautiful all year.

Would've loved having a reason to drive up there. Durango is one of my favorite places. Wife and I honeymooned there and stayed at Cascade Village about 18 years ago. We swore we would come back regularly. It took us about 10 years to come through on that (and two kids later), but we've been back almost every years since with very few exceptions. We actually made it up twice last year.

Anyway, great looking trailer and kudos to you for getting to live in such an awesome place.
