Greetings all!
First post! I'm stuck and need up to date info. I am trying to move my 2009 Toyota Landcruiser from Brisbane AUS to Ecuador or Colombia. Wikipedia says that I may or may not need a carnet du passage to enter any of these countries in S/A. Has anyone out there had a recent experience? Australia RCAQ want 300% deposit as well as admin fees. Does any one have any ideas or suggestion as to how to tackle this bureaucracy? I just want to travel!
