You are over thinking it. RTT is way more comfortable than a ground tent.

The Yeti 400 should be able to power that fridge. There are tons of people running this exact (or damn near identical) setup. I have a Yeti 400 + Dometic CFX 35 that runs with zero problem. Unless there are "known" issues with the Yeti & Arb working together, something isn't right.
