This is an old thread, but I noticed that the links for my pictures were dead, so I uploaded the pictures here (instead of hosting them somewhere else) so that people could see the pics in case they wanted ideas for their truck builds.
I have moved onto other trucks since the Sierra, but it is...
Been a while. Sorry about the picture links going bad. I have now uploaded the pictures here so that the links won't die again. Sadly I can only upload 10 pictures per post, so I had to cut down on the amount of pictures I had posted.
Still love the trailer, even though I haven't been able to...
Little late to the party, but I had to comment on how nice of a job you did on the truck.
We were going to do something similar to our M1010, but we went with another truck due to electrical gremlins with the M1010 (it had been modified by the police as a swat van at one point and the wiring...
I thought I had updated this with pictures of the bull bar I installed just before winter. I guess I forgot :-P
Oh well, here are the pictures.
Yes, that is all I installed. It is similar to the one I installed on the pathfinder several years ago.
While having protection for the...
Haven't had time to do much with the trailer lately (been working on a generator trailer), but here is a pic of it setup (quickly) from last weekend (was about to rain and I didn't feel like pulling it open in the middle of the rain).

Now that the bumper is done, I can fab up a new skid plate that will...
Okay I take back my comment. Stop taking pictures. My jealousy is growing by the minute!
I have ordered a lot of parts from 4x4parts.com for my Nissan trucks. Good site.
Think of maybe a SpaceKap?
I see used ones for sale all the time for pretty cheap. You can add more windows pretty easily too.
You can add cabinets, beds, AC/heater units, etc.

Some pics I found online of one for example:
No. There are no titles/registration required for in bed truck campers up here.
Not sure I would try sneaking it back across the border. It is really just not worth it for all the problems you may have if you are caught.
If you do try and say you were just camping, then you better be prepared...
Here is one I found online a while back. This one does a good job of fitting around the box cap/camper shell.

As you can see, it works well with or without the cap on the truck.
