    Custom lightweight camping trailer

Actually I ended up getting a popup fleetwood neon trailer, not as light but a lot easier to put up and the tent materials are more durable, plus other reasons......my friend has the trailer now, tent wore out and needs to be replaced. If I had time I'd get it back, disassemble it almost to...

you loose acceleration and burn a bit more fuel with larger tires........still enjoyable in my books though Jer

Everything mechanical other than the coilovers are stock on this car, I think the reason why I made it up so far is because both the front tires stayed completely planted and wouldn't let it slip. Jer

Just for fun I decided to try an RTI ramp at my local Jeep club's show n shine, actually there was two subi's that tried the ramp but the other was a stock '11 Forester that belonged to a local radio station, they did it for fun and actually didn't do that bad..... Funny thing is that I could...

It's lifted an inch with the coils but could go up more, much more in the front, the rear would need a spacer soon. As for up travel, I've got about 3 or 4 inches before the wheel rubs the plastic liner, but I've learned from jeeping friends that lifting a vehicle has more to do with down...

Finally got my tires installed on my lifted '11 wrx......I think it's a good start. Tires are 215/65R16 general grabbers on stock WRX rim, not sure what year the rims are from, suspension is ksport coilovers. Might look at lifting it a bit more when I can do a fozzy body lift, also need to...

Not max lift, but if I want to do the rear more I may need a spacer or another way to lift because I will be increasing the preload on the coilover and making the ride more harsh in the rear. As for angles if I want to go more I'm going to want to do a forester body lift. Jer

Ksport coilovers, I've got them set to aprox 1" over stock currently, need bigger tires though. Jer

Although it may not look like it but here's the pics of my '11 WRX lifted with rally coilovers, going to need some adjustments to make it the way I like, next I gotta grab some new rims and bigger rubber. Jer

Getting impatient waiting for the lifting coilovers, that and my neighbours ex decided to block the driveway, so I parked on what's left of the snow bank.......ok I don't know why my iPad rotated the picture, but you get the point. Looking at getting some expo rims and tires, need some input...

Will do, it'll look a little funny till I get some bigger rubber, for now my mud/snow tires will have to do, at least till the weather warms up a bit Jer

Subaru owners: Let's see your expedition rigs!

I'll be posting new pics of my '11 WRX, grabbed some K-sport rally coilovers that will give me the ability to lift it something like 3".......although I won't be going that high right now without some forrester body lift components to keep the control arm angles nice and give me better droop...

Subaru owners: Let's see your expedition rigs!

Same here, but I'm still tossing around putting fozzy suspension on my wrx rather than king springs Jer

This is such a misconception, just look at the king of the hammers race and how many of those rigs are running independent now......I've been talking with a couple of my jeep friends about making a fully independent suspension rock crawling rig Jer
