yeah...I need to update my profile. live over in Portland, OR for the past 2 years. still own property up North of Sandpoint that I frequent. I love that area
Nice Set up! I just recently jumped into this 2014 Titan. coming from the Frontier it was a nice change but still miss that frontier!
I like the direction you are going with your set up, that is pretty much just what I did. went for the ARB bumper, but wanted to hitch mount for the winch...
I ran a dual battery set up in my frontier where the second battery was located behind the drivers seat. truck was just a king cab and I had removed the back jump seats and just made some brackets/storage areas. the battery was in a sealed plastic ammo can, and was of course a sealed battery...
Been a minute since I last posted on here. last time I was on here I had my Frontier, well I sold it.
and moved into a Titan.
Only had it a few months now but slowly chipping at getting it set up. started with a couple inch lift including new shocks and new upper arms up front. some new...
I have been running TS for a couple years now, maybe about 4 years. thousands of miles on and off road, but admittedly more miles on highways then anywhere else. I have not been running any sway bar either and with the right tuned shocks it is really not an issue. does it handle like stock...
long time since I posted. but thought I would post a shot of our pathfinder that we just put a little lift on. suspension was completely shot. being an offroad package it had Rancho Shocks stock, not great with 100k miles on them. so got new Bilstein adjustable shocks for the front, new...
Ed, bummed to hear you are selling out! I just moved back to the Portland area after moving to Eugene and then CdA Idaho since I saw you last there in LO. keep in touch man and good luck on the sale. curious to see where your sale price comes in at :) always interested in another...
bedding is usually a double thermorest with a comforter on top of that for added padding. we just roll it up and store it as it make sense depending on what else we have in the trailer. the insulation has made a big difference on condensation on those cold nights. hard to say how much...
sure! I actually bolted mine through the trailer. on the back there was a solid, maybe 1/8" steel plate over the head of the rear door. made perfectly stout backing to just through bolt. on the back of that awning I also used some foam tape to provide some isolation between the back of the...
picked up this 05 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 last fall and then found a plow set up for it on craigslist on the cheap. was pretty entertaining plowing the neighborhood through the winter and even more entertaining running around on back trails/roads around here in North Idaho. man, what a tank!
I have a 2007 KLX 250 that I have owned for the past few years as a second bike for friends and family to come along on trips. its been on several 500 mile trips that primarily consisted of dirt/gravel roads while camping. performed great the whole time and kept right up with my 13' KLX250...
