Yeah I think everyone in here is right -- I'll stick to the water pump. Was trying to minimize the electrical load and use the compressed air I already have onboard, but it sounds like the cons outweigh the pros. Appreciate the perspective!

Just fabricated this. I'm calling it the "khitchen." It's a fully contained:
- 30 gallon water tank w/ 3 gallon per minute marine 12v pump, which hooks into the 7 pin trailer hitch connector for power
- 3 burner propane stove
- Sink table (hooks into the water tank via a hose)
- propane cylnder...

Recently took the trailer to the Mojave desert and we had a blast! It served as base camp for a group of 15 guys. Still for sale (although not in a rush to sell, so if you see this post awhile from now, feel free to ping me to see if I've still got it).
