I’m installed some Old Man Emu heavy springs and struts today, on my new to me 2017 Tundra, and am considering removing my sway bar?
How terrible an idea is this? The OME heavy kit is burly AF and I’m not sure the sway bar is needed, but I’m probably wrong,as usual.

Yes. They sold me springs with bushings glued in that fit my factory Toyota shackles instead of the springs that have NO bushing installed so I can use the Old Man Emu shackle kit they sold me.
This was sold as a kit, I did not put this together.
I’ve average a flat a year, but theyare almost always fixable with my plug kit.
That said, a few years ago, a very sharp rock went though my tread and it was not pluggable.
I would have been 50 miles up a dirt road near the Bob Marshall complex and totallly screwed without the spare.
Long story short, I picked up a new Old Man Emu suspension for my Tundra yesterday from Cruiser Outfitters.
Got back home to Moab and started the install today….. One big problem: They sold me rear OME springs with bushings installed and the OME greasable shackles that came with the kit DO...
Stan- How gappy is the fit with the Project M? I’m trying to decide between an Ovrlnd and your Project M. I saw one thread about poor fit to a bed in an early production model and FWC’s use of aluminum mounting plates to *try* and close the gaps up... Has that issue been fixed?

I’m selling my 2015/16 A.R.E DCU 36” shell. I’ve been camping out of it for two years and am moving on to an AT Habitat.
Great shell that I insulated with blue foam board and skinned with 1/4” plywood.
Fairing is easily removable and holes plugged with pop rivets.
Rack and attachments are not...
I’m picking up my new Habitat, from Juniper Overland, in a few weeks and am curious about the Batwing/Foxwing awnings.... Is it possible to use them in a partially closed manner that would work with the Habitat, i.e. only opening the awning into a 180 configuration? Or would it be too floppy?
