Yes, there are 3 generations of the 1fz engine, the first ones with carburetor rated at 212hp, the second one EFi with distributor around 225hp and the final one (98-07) coil pack at 240hp.

What's the rpms of the 1hz on highway like on 60-70mph ... the 1fz in the 105 goes way too high at 70mph to take it as cruise speed.

The 1FZ-FE in the 100/105 with engine coil pack have around 240hp ... the 212hp is the old one still with carburetor ...

Really nice, mint condition ... but not the real XPP, here in Peru we got the most base ones that toyota could ever built but with one hell of an engine, the mighty thirsty 1fz-fe (that engine knows how to drink) , no a/c, no 3rd brake light, no rear wipers, no sub tank and definitely no lsd ...

Well, got this Rhino-Rack pioneer platform to fit it replacing the Thule bars, just needed to make the bolt kit. Perfect to carry the ramps and stuff that is always on the back moving while hitting the dunes.

Time not using the 105, so a little trip to Oxapampa is always good.

From some time ago I was looking to replace the steel wheels for lighter ones and finally got a set of them. In fact they are the same ones that came in the 70 series, wasn't sure about them 'cause they are 7" wide while I always believe 16x8" is the perfect size for a 285/75 (33") tire ... but...

After 105,000kms (65,000 miles) and 6 years one of the rear shocks was getting wet from time to time, so decided to get new ones. I'm happy with the performance of the Tough Dog foam cell 41mm but this time I'll get the 4" travel shocks 'cause my coils are the heavy duty constant load and...
