They are! The fronts are starting to wear weird but i think it’s from the ball joints starting to go I am running the Carli arms. They have been great so far and have held up well to sliding on rocks

Haven’t updated the thread in a while but we have been busy! Two of my friends decided to join the 4WC club so we have done a couple of shake down trips with them to some local state parks. He found a Power Wagon for a sweet deal. Pretty jealous. Another buddy recently picked up this combo...

Ok, maybe one more before this weekend. This bumper really shows off all the suspension goods and the truss. Only complaints are now I have to buy lights and the 37’s look small. Eyeing synergy’s radius arm bracket so i can fit 40’s :p

Glad I could help! Taking it on a trip this weekend, I’ll try to grab some pictures of it then. I’ve always drooled over the styling of the Thuren bumper. It’s the only one i could find that offers intercooler protection and high clearance. I’m excited to finally own one.

Everything bolted right up and feels great! I would do it again in a heartbeat. Just to be clear, you have to order the optional bolt on stabilizer mount. I measured the stock mount distance to get a starting point then bolted everything up. Checked clearance lock to lock, made some minor...

I would still double check the torque spec on the track bar at the axle. That’s where mine loosened up

I would check your track bar and body mounts first. I’ve had both loosen up on me and cause a knock that could be felt in the steering

Great question. I don’t know if the stock is “bad” other than the recall for the nuts on the drag link. I just saw it as a great excuse to upgrade since Chrysler paid for half

Also, have some miles on the Synergy drag link and tie rod. It is incredible how much it tightened everything up. I didn’t believe the hype when i read about it. I figured the tie rod ends couldn’t be that much different than the factory set up but they are. The steering feels nice and tight...

    2015 Ram 2500 Carli/Thuren Build W/Four Wheel Camper

Great idea! The kit that was installed on that picture had the OEM style plug attached to it so i would have had to take apart the plug and feed 5 wires through. I figured the boot is down and hidden, plus i filled mine with silicone and haven’t had any sort of issues so far. I have noticed the...

I like Baja Designs because they are designed and manufactured in the US. Their quality and customer service has been top notch. From my understanding Vision X is designed in Washington but made in China? I might be wrong. The sPod is a pretty trick unit but i plan on using the factory aux...

    2015 Ram 2500 Carli/Thuren Build W/Four Wheel Camper

Front bumper is back from powder and on! It is extremely well built and went on without any issues. The hardest part was when i took off the original bumper, those dang backwards bolts the secure the bracket to the frame. Ended up dropping the intercooler to get them out. Gave me the time and...
