could be a abs sensor in one of the front hubs, or the electronic brake control module located on the drivers side frame rail near under the front seat. 2 very common causes for the abs light but really need to have codes read to know the proper place to start.

thank you for your reply thats exactly how i was planning to run mine, but will first have to get a new outer d pillar cover as mine will probably break upon removal. there all cracked and sun rotted.

any chance i could get some advice on how you routed the wires for the lights on your roof rack into the cab? trying to find the best weather/rain proof option possible.

thank you, i try to take as little as possible with me, bumper will outlast the heavyhoes frame, 6" x 5/16 thick tubing.

looking good sir! had the same issues with the ems latch ended up using a destaco straight pull latch that also has a secondary latch to keep it from opening unintentionally.

Bumpers all finished up and painted aswell as roof rack, lifted rear 2" with z71 springs and lifted front 2" with torsion keys

right! ive built prolly built 20 bumpers on vehicles of my own and people always want one built until they hear the price, people just dont understand the time that goes into making them.

my rear bumper and swing gate have flex in the same way but prolly weights 2x as much as yours, nothing to worry about

strong work!!!!! looks good, do the ac lines lines run up into the cab behind the rear wheel of a suburban like a tahoe? wanting to cut the back of mine like that but not sure if possible because of rear ac lines.

rear springs judging by the pic look good still, i just put z71 springs in my ls tahoe, lifted the rear a hair under 2 inches. man i love that green i need a green one to match my 02 2500HD! i go to port aransas quite often i live just out side of san antonio in pipecreek

any progress on this project?

it came as a kit with the latch, bumpstop, and bearing hinge from ems offroad.
