I am not a Expedition portal regular. I went through a phase where I wanted to TRAVEL THE WORLD IN A VAN probably 5 years ago. Luckily my loving wife brought me back to earth and thats just not feasible. Ive moved onto other things, currently building a turbo 1984 Datsun Maxima wagon.
What...
Am I the only one who noticed he slyly mentioned he received a T4 flange with his parts order? Or noticed that he is installing low compression pistons in an engine which from my quick googling doesn't normally take dished pistons?
So... What turbo are you throwing on the new motor? Been...
So... was looking at a house on Zillow and was looking at the street view......did you take a trip to kansas and not tell us? Or better yet. Want me to go drive by and see if it's still there and steal the fender and hood?
So. I was just looking through the start of your thread and noticed something. Your Topper isn't the right one for your truck is it? The way it doesn't fit the cab. The way the bottom protrudes out farther. Not that it matters at all. I just noticed it. Having any luck finding body parts? I...
If you unclip the brake lines out of the little plastic holder and push them against the fire wall its a lot easier to get to the 6th sparkplug. I think I even bent mine a tad to get clearance.

Exactly what I was going to recommend. I like that they are narrow as the don't have to house a radiator in the shroud area which is normally the widest point except for the bars. I would not go for a drz400 personally. A few other options would be a klx250 or a wr250. I think honda has a 250...
I agree that the warranty is not the best. But I have found that they do stand behind there vehicles. We have a 2011 out back and we are the second or 3rd owner. The first gen cvt's in the outbacks had an issue with a bearing in the torque converter and was a known issue. They came out with a...
My heart skipped a beat when you talked about hitting the deer. Obviously I'm glad your ok. In the moment I was thinking... NOOO not the end to the truck and this thread!!!! Glad your going to fix it. Going to try and get it all painted to match or just run patchwork style? Hope it doesn't...
