Looks good. I think one of the best things I did was widen the track and add brakes. With my LJ it tracked ok on paved roads, but on trails it was always wandering. I can only guess with a JK it would be worse.

I sometimes wonder if the 250# springs are enough. A few times I have the tent closed, and the deck loaded with firewood, lawn chairs, dog kennels, it can still be heavy. But again when the tent is open, and nothing is on the lid, you can almost give it all your weight to close it. Martyn is...

Thanks guys. Its has proven to be useful. I have kept with the build budget, and upgraded as needed. I highly recommend brakes on ANY trailer behind a jeep. I have slowly sold off the original parts. I have a M100 axle with new bearings, includes hand brake for sale soon.
