Actually less than a year ago. I cleaned them all up, all new bearings, new grease, new seals and wipers etc. It's just surface rust from the truck not being driven much and sitting outside. It will come off easily. That's why I'm selling her to somebody who will use her more than I do.

Thanks! It's all 3/4 plywood glued and pocket screwed. The overall box is 12" high. The drawers worked out to be about 8.5 high x 17 x 36 which happened to be JUST high enough to fit the plano tackle boxes I use for storage of various hardware/spare parts/electrical stuff.
