Hmm interesting
Would younsay you had more room in your camper than they did?
I was under the impression that the Iveco is bigger and more powerfull than any of the regular US small trucks
@alanymarce thanks for the tip
I have looked at that site and some locations seem to have service (like this one) but they are very rare
If you try to use the Type drop down box on the top right of the map there is not "Service" type listed there !
An Iveco Daily 4x4 seems to be the camper that I would need.
Purchasing date is years ahead some other things might happen or other options might show up in the mean time

Yes I probably have to register it there but they can I keep the vehicle here in Canada without having to register it here ?
There is a maximum time you are allowed to keep it without registering if you are not a tourist.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxeKkyXkGR3JeY0ZHObr84w
Is that Transit lifted more than the average lifted transit ?
I do not plan to do anything that would be more than what they did in the videos so if I can get that...

Ok here is my context: we are planning to travel around the workd when I am retiring. That would be Europe, Central Asia, Australia and the Americas.
The vehicles I have in mind are a Ford Transit medium base wheel, high roof vs a Toyota Hilux long bed crew cabin
It will be 4 adults and we...
yes you did
Like someone who DOES know what the things cost you could probably tell us how much it would cost a homeless to keep a camper on the road (insurance, gas maintenance and so on)
Or you are seeing those as just stationary capsules -which would result in a lots of problems...
And you do? :-)))))
Very realistic for homeless to afford $30k-$40K camper + 30K truck or whatever
and you have solved the problem of homeless ppl. with this 'great' idea of yours
