I have spent nights out with my 25’ toy hauler with a tv, fridge, toilet, shower and cooktop.
I have also spent nights out up at 14,000’ with only a 25lb pack for up to 6 days.
Perhaps it’s not “how do you fit it all” and instead it’s more of a question “do you need all that stuff”?
Although it looks cool, has anyone actually ever had to use their spare tire?
Those things gotta weigh more than carrying a spare dirtbike.

It becomes cumbersome to get new notifications about a vehicle for sale that has already been listed.
If I could make a small suggestion; copy and paste whatever info you want and do NOT simply post a link.
I just meant to use this to line the inside or whatever bag you have or are going to buy. I also hate the feel of most bags. I’ll end up using long underwear or a cotton bag liner. So much more comfortable and you can easily wash them.
Get a sleeping bag liner.
Or even better, get a couple of you favorite sheets made of your favorite type of material and have a local seamstress.
Sew them together up one side, across the bottom and half way up the other side.
Feathered Friends out of Seattle will custom make a bag for you. I've had mine for years, backpacking, fastpacking, car camping, adventure riding... it's held up and has been incredible. They will also, restuff or repair anything that goes wrong. Great company!
