    Ford E-Series Rear Shackle Flip

Just wanted to add to this thread. First thanks to jsweezy for the info. I just did the 2" shackle flip on my standard 2wd V-10 E-350. I have C880 springs in the front and a 3 5/8" thick 9 leaf pack in the rear. Ends up about 1.75" taller in the rear. With a standard leaf pack it would probably...

That's it. Just did the 2" flip on my 04 E-350. Worked out great, it's a nice kit.

ford e350 7.3 Moog CC880S 2 inch lift, too much positive camber. Fix?

I put the CC880S on my 04 V10 E-350 and picked up 0-4 degree adjustable cam bushings at NAPA. No problems setting correct alignment. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NCZ2643950

    Relay Fuse Box for Lights

You send the power from the battery through the correct size wire to the switched side of the relay. You would then take the ingintion key on signal and send that to the coil side of the relay. Those relays are Single Pole Dual Throw (SPDT) which would work but you only really need a SP Single...

    Relay Fuse Box for Lights

How much current will your lights/heaters use? I would take power directly from battery, through a marine breaker switch (capable of handling the current), into a Bussmann power distribution block and out through appropriate switch/relay/fuse. Something like the radio circuit would not handle...

    UJOR Build Thread

Chris, do you sell the rack mounts by themselves? I am in the process of building my rack and I'm not real happy with the smittybuilt mounts I was planning to use.

I had to look up what stem eliminators are. Damn wish I had known about those before I did all four shocks, would have made the next time much easier!

    Moog CC880S coils

    Ok thanks, I think I'll give those a shot. I have a 2004 E-350 V10 Chateau.

    Moog CC880S coils

Thanks for the input guys. Raul, just for my own peace of mind, with the taller coils those shocks shouldn't have any issue with being overextended correct? WVI do you have a part number?

    Moog CC880S coils

Thanks for the reply Raul. I installed new Bilstein shocks as well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DRYOJN0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I can't find what the free length is. If those are the wrong shocks, what shocks work well with the ~2" lift of the CC880s?

    Moog CC880S coils

Hey guys, sorry to bump this thread again. I just installed the CC880s springs and am having an issue. When I jack the van up and the suspension is in full droop the coil springs come off of the lower perches? I did not remove the lower perches when installing as both the old and new springs fit...

    Would you build this van?

It does concern me from a body rigidity stand point as well. It's located in MD (as am I) but at least from the pictures seems to be rust free. We'll see what it looks like in person. The MaxJax can support 6k+ lbs?

    Would you build this van?

Not 10k :ROFLMAO: The low miles are overall a benefit, but something that has only been driven ~3k miles/yr can come with it's own set of problems also. Dry rotted rubber everywhere for instance. I'm just having a hard time judging the market. This seems like a pretty niche vehicle so...
