Took the fridge out for a test fully loaded. No squeaks. No rattles. No movement at all. It work flawless.

As I mentioned in one of the posts. I didn't want to re invent the wheel so I copied someone's lock. How ever. To avoid the slide from coming out when drawn out. I put two stops. Not really locks. But they serve the purpose.
The next two are of the rear stops.

I finally finished the slide. I only painted the steel sliding setting. Only because I ran out of paint. So the aluminum base is not getting painted. Here are some pics.

I'm totally happy with the end result. Most important. My girl doesn't have to climb...

Today I took the frame work to a friends so he could weld the aluminum cross members. Once that was done. I took it home and began working on the slide latch mechanism. Not sure what will end up be the final product. I found one some other guy did and it seems pretty simple to make and...
That's one of the last items to be addressed.
Today I started removing any material that isn't needed. Here is today's progress.
