Following this thread. Not really much to contribute except I'm setup pretty similar to brentbba minus the SOA. I run my trailer tires at a pretty low pressure and spring under I don't find it to be too jumpy. Interested in what you decide to do as I'm planning on lifting the trailer maybe SOA...
I think people try to run the same size/style tire just so they can share a spare. Maybe even include them into their tire rotation? I just ran the stock CDN M101 tires until I could find some used tires in a similar size to my 28575/16 KM2s on the LC. I found some 255/85/16 KM2s on craiglist...
Not sure if this is any help but the guy that did my lid put little corner tabs inside the lid and tub with a thick rubber pad to prevent the lid from over compressing the bulb seal on side opposite the hinge.
If the paint is still decent keep it tan. That way I'm not the only one in the non-matched M101 CDN club. :friday: At least until spring/summer rolls around and it becomes easier to find somewhere to get it sprayed. you guys and your easy color matches. I wasn't about to order a bunch of 4k1...

My apologies I didn't see that question until just now :(. If anyone was still interested in what I used here goes:
The trailer came wired with I believe was a 5 round plug replacing the original plug so I just chopped off that whole side and wired in one of these
It just looks cleaner vs...
