    Yeah airing down to 10 psi is your friend in the soft sand and bumpy roads and snow. Id imagine you have an air compressor with you so you can fill the jeep tires up. Heck airing your Ford down on those long bumpy roads to 25 psi would help smooth your ride out. Nice helping the lady out!

    No just needed to get to La Grande so i came up and hit Leslie Gulch and stayed at Succor Creek then headed to La Grande. Turned it into work trip home through Madras, Bend, Klammath Falls, Shasta City, McLoud Falls to Reno.

    I did John Day last month came over from La Grande and ended over in Madrid for the night. WOW what a drive and very remote the people friendly.
