And the first wall being glued/clamped/weighted:
240 lbs of tire/rim and 180 lbs of I-beam should make for a straight/flat layup! :)

We were intending on putting a traditional rear galley on it, but I have never been to comfortable with cooking so close to where I eat (especially since we camp in bear country). So we changed up the design and added the cross-bunk for our son. There is space to carry a table/chairs...

I've been thinking about a very similar idea for my LJ. I was thinking with a tailgate conversion, a zip in extension and no rear seat, I've got 6'5" of sleeping space!
