Since when do mods come free on used vehicles? This is rather a socialistic viewpoint. The Toyota Cruiser I am buying was built in 1997 and has a ton of mods and improvements to suspension, gearing, front end and accoutrements . I am paying over twice what that cruiser is going for as an OEM...
