Oh damn your post just saved me some hassle. I hadn't seen any hardware included when I first unpacked it. Doh. I went back to the box and found the hardware you'd included, I'd almost thrown them away with the packaging! Don't know how I didn't see them at first... exactly what I was going to...

Very cool, thanks for sharing! Looks like you put a tire valve on the cap? Is that to pressurize the system? I'm wondering whether gravity will be sufficient or if I need to do the same.

I plan to make a PVC surf style shower. I first saw people with these in Costa Rica and on the west coast, and after coming off the beach it's awesome to be able to rinse off. With one of the little coil hoses, or maybe a soft expanding hose, you could probably set up a quick curtain with magets...

Do the Aluminess ladders have the same long lead times as roof racks and bumpers (~9 or 10 weeks currently)? I was going to place an order, but the long lead time is giving me second thoughts to start looking for alternatives.

My 2004 E350 is doing the same thing! The a/c is still blowing cold, but every once in a while it stops blowing out of the dash and I get some air on my feet on the windshield. Only lasts for 10 seconds or so and then goes back to normal. I've got a few long road trips coming up next month, so...

I'd like to find a set of these (I need the bolts too if you have them). If you do, PM your paypal info and the total $$. I must suck at searching online because I can't find them listed anywhere. They must be a common item though, right?
