I finished up (mostly) my electrical panel and got everything working with the Bluetti AC60P. Still need to tidy up the wires. Next step is the panels for the sides followed by headliner.

Got the solar panel fixed on the roof today. Renogy 175W panel which I fabricated some 1.5” x 2” x 2” angle brackets for. I wanted to get two bolts into the track for redundancy plus I used Loctite and lock washers. I didn’t feel confident trusting just one of the track nuts per corner. The...

I’m doing the same for my electrical panel. I got a 1” thick 18”x12” board to space everything out to have room for the wires. Insulated one bay with 1/2” foam also for room for wires. Hope to get all the electrical completed this weekend.

I got the 3/4” black cutting board from Amazon and it was 18”x30” which I cut on the table saw to 10”x30”. The purple 1/2” boards I got on webstaurantstore.com. 1/2” HDPE is a little to flexible for the flip down table but the 3/4” is pretty solid.

    Comparison of these campers

I really like my Ovrlnd Camper. Vertical walls, full pop with tensioned canvas, barn doors, and full custom made to order is why I went with them. Their barn door rear hatch set up is awesome. Lots of interior room throughly thought out for living space and functionality. Great quality build.

I'll take some photos of that once I finish up all the electrical. I have a Bluetti AC60P that I will use for power since it makes it pretty simple with it's built in inverter and solar controller. I had OVRLND install the solar port in the roof and they ran wires down for that to the lower...

Added some lights and USB chargers to the ceiling and replaced flip down table with 3/4" HDPE cutting board. Progress photos attached

Pop up toppers (GFC, Lone Peak, Super Pacific, etc.) how much condensation and or leakage in the PNW or other humid environments?

I have an OVRLND Camper in the redwood rainforest of Humboldt County, CA. First winter so far with it and we've had 32" of rain so far (Since October 1) at the house with only some minor issues at the hatch door that were easily resolved. I second the comment above about insulating the camper...

Had my camper for a few months now and finally starting the insulation. Wanted to share what I did around the positive pressure vent since I hadn’t seen anything on this thread yet (I may have missed it too). The outside diameter is slightly under 3” so I just cut a short stub of 3” abs pipe and...
