Well I forgot about the forums for about a month. So the build was officially announced about a month or so ago. On top of that I already have several sponsors onboard for the build and a healthy about of content. Anyways, the post has been updated for reveal of the build. New Instagram URL is...

    Warn VR12 or ZEON 12?

Third option. Superwinch EXP reviews of the integrated version are looking great, and it outdoes the warn zeon at a cheaper price. I'd encourage you to check out those reviews, as I haven't reviewed a non-integrated yet(soon) so I can't officially endorse it yet but it looks promising.

First snow of the season! I am also pleased to welcome Cascadia Vehicle Tents as an official sponsor of TheSkiingJeep! None of these photos have been edited, as I'm posting them here first, instead of instagram or the website, and frankly don't have the time right now to edit them. I'll...

New Industry Standard Winch? (Superwinch EXP Series)

It definitely is! I've certainly been excited about this release since I first caught word of it. Definitely, the price difference is a big bonus, especially if you have to mount the control box remotely, because then you're paying extra for the Zeon for their "relocation kit". I'm really...

Will the new Superwinch EXP be worth the wait?

Please refer to my thread here that compares the Superwinch EXP 12-S directly to the Warn Zeon Platinum 12-S http://forum.expeditionportal.com/threads/174613-New-Industry-Standard-Winch-(Superwinch-EXP-Series)?p=2337012#post2337012 As is, with the specs sheet, it's safe to say it directly...

New Industry Standard Winch? (Superwinch EXP Series)

Alright, so we all know that Warn has pretty much the top line of winches for a while. However, that is changing! For the purpose of this thread, I'll be comparing the Warn Zeon 12-S Platinum integrated to the Superwinch EXP 12-S Integrated. Right now this is all preliminary information from...

Night time set. I'll post a rainy, red clay photo set if I remember, and don't have something else by the time I do remember to post here. As always, the best way to keep up with my build is Instagram.

    Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx Review

The review is semi-specific to the WK2, as both include details that are specific to the WK2, but also generic details. I figured I'd link both winter and summer reviews, maybe they'll help someone. :) I just released the summer review. You may find it here: Summer Review If you're...

Here's some stuff from my most recent adventure. I didn't get any photos during the more technical parts, and I didn't get to my dash cam footage in time to get that. I do have some go-pro footage I'll try to use, but the perspective isn't the best. I do have a neat stream crossing on tape though.
