I hearyou, having everything already packed and ready to go is priceless. There is definitely something to be said for filling the coolers and hitting the road. If you have access to raised platforms that is game changing for tent camping. The first time I used mine it paid for itself 100x...
GLWS! Sorry its not quite big enough for the fam. I will second that it is a great tent and the annex is game changing... You don't want to put the kids on cots in the annex?
Here is a pic of it closed... If anyone wants more pics here are some of mine. Click Here

There is an option to scale up, I just don't really use it because I have good eye sight and don't want to waste the screen realestate. I wonder if you can set it differently for when you enter "tablet mode" ie remove the keyboard.

Highly suggest taking a look at proclip (noticed your phone is on the shelf). I have a couple of them and now I put them in all my vehicles. Also suggest getting the universal mount. That way if you get a new phone or add a case/change the case your not sol...

Just because negative things are said about a product doesn't mean it's bashing.
iMHO, Apple used to innovate. Now they are playing catch up. If that iPad was released a year ago it would have made sense. It says it was in development for two years and it shows. In reality it's a faster...
iPad Pro is just a big iPad... If your already using the iOS ecosystem for your workflow it will be a nice addition. If not, and your sold on Apple don't try to cram a square peg in a round hole and get a MBAir. A device is only as good as the software... no matter how fast or sensitive it...
I lead a group of raptors all around that area (some with long travel ie crap turning radius) and there were no issues. Just take your time and don't hesitate to ask a co pilot for a spot and you will be fine.
Personally I'm now all about the teardrop... Hard walls for bad weather and if you need more space then a RTT on the roof for the kids will give you some privacy. Built in cover over the kitchen that closes down in seconds if the weather gets gnarly.
