    If it was me, I would pop the drag link off of the pitman arm and verify how much you need to raise it before you spend the money. I have the same front axle and I set mine with a digital angle gauge from harbor freight. Just zero it on the track bar and move the drag link up until it reads...

    Allignment shop for lifted van?

    I had a free alignment at the regional tire chain where i bought my tires. I had them align it based on the front suspension not the vehicle. It was aligned as a 2006 Ford F250 and not as a 2006 3500 express van.

    Instead of making special shipping wheels why not just buy a spare set of steel rims and install them without tires. You could also use your rims and throw the rubber back on when you unload.
