Mahindra is certainly growing globally, if you are looking for something a lot smaller and you could look into that as a potentially cost-effective alternative...
Thank goodness we met 2 motorcyclists on the Turkish Iranian border way back in 2016.
They told us how impressive Omo valley is, and they weren't wrong! We enjoyed it so much, it gets its own blogpost.

What better antidote to Rwanda's difficult history - a trip round Uganda and celebrating 2 birthdays, with friends from Germany.
What a great country this is for a visitor: at least on the surface. We didn't dig into the vicious past with Idi Amin or the current political situation, which is...
With Rwanda's history it was never going to be an easy visit and the blog was even harder.

Hope you enjoy it.
Nice weekend!

A short intermezzo in southern Mozambique, where we enjoyed the fresh fish and seafood, dinner with a lodge owner who's participated in Paris-Dakar before
And a nice cross country track back to Gonarezhou national park in Zimbabwe...
The Balkan states do something similar, adding green peppers and leaving some of the juice in.
I have to say you recipe sounds delicious: will be trying it this week!
Whichever way you cook it, I agree it hits all the right buttons for campers worldwide!
Our 4 weeks in Botswana were packed to the brim and we loved it!
Here we recount our kalahari crossing and have some funny stories of our animal encounters there [emoji51]
If only we had more time!
