I found this really funny and having the seller not pick up on it:
Q:
I was really interested in this vehicle as a collector's item, however, your addition of an aftermarket Reese tow-hitch AND bumper stickers has greatly reduced the resale value on this vehicle...wouldn't you agree? I am...
I leave mine on all the time for 3 reasons:
1. I have a shop/garage that I can get the RTT out of the elements;
2. It's too heavy to easily take off and on; (even if I had a shop ceiling storage system, number 3 would trump taking it off)

To clarify, is this LRA a replacement of the main tank? I already have an aux tank to the rear of the axle, below the charcoal filter.

FWIW: A Waeco 40L works great. With the back seat in, remove the front handle. The rear handle, the one you need, clears the rear door just fine. Waeco is a great fridge.
Hope you have good weather and enjoy your trip. As for the fuel, fill up in Mesquite, and with your extra you should be just fine.
We are actually heading out for most of a week first thing tomorrow morning and start with Twin Point and going east as far as we can. Showing the sights to a...
