For Sale: 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 – Fully Loaded & Lightly Used
Location:
Near Boulder, Colorado

Due to some recent financial changes, we're looking for a new home for our 2024 Rubicon 392 ordered new, only owner.
This is not a distressed or fire sale—we’re simply open to any reasonable offer.
We have over $125,000 invested in this build, and the Jeep is in excellent condition.

Key Details:

  • Firecracker Red
  • Only 2,300 miles
  • Title: There is a loan in place (title not in hand)
  • Still under full factory warranty

Factory Options (per dealer sticker):

  • Customer Preferred Package 27X
  • Dual Tops Group
  • Warn Winch
  • Factory-installed winch with LED light bar
    View winch/light bar

Professional Installations:

All accessories were professionally installed by Juniper Overland (Denver) or Johnson’s Auto Plaza (dealer).

Upgrades & Accessories:

Maintenance:

  • First oil change done at 1,000 miles by the dealer
  • No service issues or warranty claims

We’ll truly be sad to see the 392 go, but we're still part of the Jeep community with our 2021 Rubicon Diesel.
Price $110,000 and happy to consider any fair and reasonable offer.

Greetings, as stated in the thread, we have over 120k in the build, still under warranty, and only 2,300 miles.
We will accept a reasonable offer. This again is not a fire or distressed sale. We already have a 2003 Diesel and some finances have change so the Rubi needs a new owner! Thanks for your interest and feel free to reply, text or call.

If you acknowledged the rules, then you know you must provide a price.

I think the MSRP for a 2024 Rubicon 392 was something like $95,000. I'm not trying to comment either way on the selling price of this Jeep. I'm not the seller or the buyer. I'm just saying a 392 is not the average Rubicon, and 2024 was the last year Jeep said they were going to build them.

Greetings TripLeader, You are correct on your assessments. We ordered the 392 with all the options and it waited for delivery. Once it arrived we ordered our items and had them installed to either the Jeep Dealer (Johnson's Auto Plaza, Brighton Colorado) and Juniper Overland in Denver.
I took a little time and actually realized we have more like $130,000 not including sales tax on the jeep witch is ridiculous in Colorado.
This is a more detail approch: 392 $96,000, Gobi $3,900, Alu-Cab $2,500, Ridgid Bar $1,900, Goose Gear System $7,000, Goose Gear Tailgate $600, JCR molle/radio/antenna $1,000, Dometic $1,000, New Venture Aluminum complete skid system $6,000. Labor was about $9k .

Its amazing how things add up so quickly...
