weather proof externally mounted inverter

Hey guys, I happend across this and think it is pretty cool. It would allow you to mount the inverter under the hood or under the truck (not for you snorkel types). Pretty innovative idea I think, and I like how they build it in battery dimmensions so you could mount it with a standard automotive battery mount.

It can also act as a charger for your other batteries.

I think the Xantrex an Inverter to provide 110V when 12V is available, that can also charge your batteries when 110V is available. The Iota is a Convertor to provide 12V when 110V is available and also charge batteries. Is this not right?

(and the main reason I posted>>>)

What is the distinction between an invertor using AGM batteries, as opposed to flooded cells? Charging voltage?
