On my Gen2.5, my driver's rear door outside handle doesn't work at all, the inside handle doesn't work well (linkage is... bent? Somehow?), and the passenger rear inside doesn't work. All outside handles are pretty sun-baked, so i bought 4 new assemblies when i purchased the rear door handle...

Anyone have tips/tricks for this? Was stumped yesterday by a truck, and i need both the assemblies. Removed every bolt i could find, but couldn't find a way to bring the window down to actually remove it from the regulator itself, so i could then start fishing everything else from the door.
