I would go 2x3 for at least the main rails. If you do outriggers maybe do 2x2 for them and 2x2 for the crossmembers. For the walls I would use 1x1 14 gauge for everything.

On the fenders I would lose the diamond plate. It looks cheap IMHO. I would do some round tubing. Have it curve inwards toward the main frame from the fender. For example say the fender is 12" wide have the steps connect to the outside corner. Then Curve in to where it is around 8" wide. If...

I wouldn't bother with it. Build the frame how you want. Do it once and do it right. If you take that one you will make sacrifices given the constraints you are given. In the long run will a hundred or 2 matter given you get exactly what you want.

Ohhh and if you go Timbren and use 2"x3" frame you will need to drill bigger holes and put pipe in the frame to brace it. Otherwise you will crush the frame before you get the correct TQ. I made some backing plates out of 1/4" steel, and it actually bend the outside Timbren mount into the frame...
