I've tried regular queen sized mattresses, foam cut to fit and just an old futon mattress. Futon beds suck, but the mattresses work just fine.

Out with the old headlights, in with the new. New Leaf Spring was rubbing the frame, a minute with the grinder put an end to that, I cut off about 3/8" off the end of the bolt that was rubbing.

Why the replacement upper control arms? If you do a key lift (and max out the keys) without changing the upper control arms it throws all the angles out of whack as well as bottoming out with metal hitting metal if you hit big bumps (not on the way up, but on the way down after hitting a bump)...

That 4l75e looks nice but even re-built I'm seeing price tags of around $4000 and then plan on another $500 to have it installed. Rebuilt 4L80's on the other hand are going for less than $1500. I guess it just depends on how much money you want to throw at it.

I read here that Ford F150 Torsion Keys should work on my 2004 5.3 AWD express so I purchased a pair "1997-2003 Ford F150 4wd 1"-3" Adjustable Torsion keys Lift Kit" I took it to my local garage and they tried but say they don't fit. Is may garage wrong, or did I pick up the wrong keys?
