system f, Sorry for the delayed response! Yeah, I think I have all the warping issues taken care of. As for the uprights, yes...22". As for the skin, 16 gauge cause I got a really good deal. I just scored some tires for the trailer and need to mount them on my extra set of factory fj wheels...

Their trailers look good to me. I'm I reading right...the "body" is made of a composite material? As far a the structural integrity, it appears that the company also specializes in building off road buggies to SCORE spec's and such, therefore I would assume they know a thing or two when it comes...
