    I have a shotgun question

Ok, so basically I need to get something with two different barrels. That's fine, too. I just notice that some are made to be "dedicated" sporting guns, and others are made to be "dedicated" home defense guns, but aside from color, and action, and barrel length, I really don't see a difference...

    I have a shotgun question

Oh, I'm looking to get one I can shoot skeet with, keep for home defense, and possibly hunt with (quail, dove, etc). I had sort of narrowed it down to a Remington 870, (Is a 22" barrel too short?) but I'm thinking maybe an Auto if this weird lever safety thing is on all of them. Any other...

    I have a shotgun question

My buddy lent me his pump 12 ga today I've used double barrels, and autos before, but never a pump. There is one thing that really bugs me about it and I'm not sure if this is all pump action shotguns or just this one, but there is a small lever behind the trigger guard that has to be depressed...

    1977 FJ40 - Florida

Bump with more info. I painted it myself using a single stage automotive epoxy and a spray gun in a friends garage. All surface rust was treated with phosphoric acid and scrubbed off prior to painting. The paint is not perfect as it was my first shot at painting a vehicle. But it looks pretty...

    Me and the Moonlander!

Is your GPS logging your routes and you pull it off a google map later? How do you do that? That's awesome. I have a GPS76cx but I can't figure anything out on it.. My maps are all marine maps on it and I can't figure out how to replace them. (at least without spending $100+ on new ones from...

I want a new Mountain Bike

Ok I bit the bullet on Friday. I rode the piss out of it all weekend on the toughest trails we have here. A couple things. I'm not used to riding with clips on a mountain bike. I suppose I'll get used to it. Secondly, I find that the handlebars are way too wide. I was told this is normal on a...

I want a new Mountain Bike

Cool! Thanks guys.. Is it still okay to get a hardtail if I want to do some of the technical trails we have? Most people I see doing them are on full suspension bikes..

Bump with additional pics: You can see holes in the rear tub there. And the rear sill. The front floorboards are in great shape.

    1977 FJ40 - Florida

Oh can't believe I missed that. I'm asking $4,000. Very little rust. Isolated to the rear sill and rear tub. I have additional photos. Engine has a spun bearing. I had a mechanic friend take a look at the crank and he believes it would need to be reground or replaced. And I'm in Jacksonville.

    1977 FJ40 - Florida

I hate to do this.. But it's more than I can do right now and I need the cash. It needs an engine rebuilt and some minor stuff. I have a new wiring harness for it as well. This was a daily driver for a year and a half before the engine issues. I have a ton of pictures and information and history...
