I reckon you really need a proper dyno run mate with some decent readings taken otherwise you will chase your tail with guess work.

Hi, the best way i found was a dc-dc aftermarket charger. I used a redarc multi stage dc-dc with a built in solar panel regulator that switches over when the vehicle is off. Never need to worry about my batteries now.

I would tend to agree. They are quite small outlets. Check this guy out, i might do the same thing with the exhaust but have a flexible joint after. The only thing that concerns me about running more power thru this engine is it doesnt have piston cooling nozzels as it was originally N/A...
