In hot weather with the door closed we can run AC off batteries & solar constantly with almost no thought to power issues so a game changer in the summer as well.

We rate the l-tracks at 40lbs each so you could hang 80lbs of gear. The full size BFG KO2 spare tire is already under the chassis on a crank down. The l-track is for things like recovery gear, rotopax extra gas, etc.
Class 3 2" hitch with max rating of 4,500lb or 450lb tongue weight. One...
We add a Van Compass Stage 3 Topo 2.0 lift kit so upgraded rear leaf spring pack and a differential skid plate. Standard weight is 8,450lb with full 31 gallons of gas on 9,500 GVWR. There is an option from Ford on 2023 on the exact same chassis at 9,950 GVWR where the engine is governed at 80MPH...
We are in production with our first models and here are some pictures of our custom class 3 steel hitch with 2" receiver, 7 pin tow harness and 2 recovery points. Max towing 4,500lbs or 3,500lbs at max GVWR. Hitch weighs 59lbs. Aluminum bumper brush guard bolts to the hitch and weighs 19lbs. Has...

If you are interested in going with a Transit AWD van chassis check out AEONrv, but might not be in budget. Designed for off-road, 4-season use, 22' long so could be used as a daily driver, and will be on Transport Canada's approved import list later this year...
I could not find specs on size of living space on EarthCruiser EXP or FX, but based on the exterior dimensions and the pictures I think our box may have more useable space. We are 80" wide, 80" tall, and 162" long on the inside. I'm pretty sure the EarthRoamer LTi is bigger inside, but could not...
We looked extensively at Bluesea panels. They obviously make good products, but we actually prefer the automotive style fuses on the 12V side instead of breakers and the cost difference is huge. Wires still need to come in and go out of a panel so not sure how that will clean up much except...
We have a cover for the transfer switch that we had off for the photos. The compartment will be "protected" in the production units. The wiring is all Ancor marine wiring and clearly marked. Thanks for the feedback!
