What am I looking for? Family of four entry level overlanding camper/trailer

We have an aliner expedition as well. It will sleep 4 but I am not sure the off-road capability. I wouldn't have issue boondocking on some BLM land but any serious offroading I would be nervous with.

    Arriving in April

The offroad package has a 3500lb dexter torsion axle (22 degree dn) with 14 inch wheels. The only difference I believe is on the titanium which ihas a 3500lb dexter torsion axle (45 degree down) with dexter spacers and 15 inch wheels. This is what Aliner told me when I asked.

    Arriving in April

Congrats on the new camper arriving. We have the family expedition with the off road package and enjoy it. The one upgrade we are making is changing the 22 degree down angle axle to a 45 degree down angle with 15" LT tires to give it slightly more ground clearance for BLM land camping. Love...

Can I get some advice on what to look for? Camper for 2 people and a dog

I have a family expedition. I got it in october and I haven't done any mods yet. First thing I am planning on doing is swapping the 22 degree down angle torsion axle for a 45 degree down angle to increase the ground clearance. I will also add the frame spacer to give a little more lift as...

Can I get some advice on what to look for? Camper for 2 people and a dog

A-Liner may be a good fit. Not too much off-road capability but can surely be made capable to boondock for a couple of days. We have the largest one and it fits 2 adults, 1 5 month old and two dogs (75lb and 30lb) comfortably.

    Bluetti AC200

I believe it pertains to both. The only difference is the cells and he is talking about issues with the shunt. Most of the people that are having issues over at DIY solar have the the indiegogo version.

    Solar generator

I am planning on the Bluetti AC200 with 600W of renogy panels wired in series for my power solution. I plan on just plugging into the 110V outlet on my Aliner. Will definitely run everything except maybe the AC but I am going to test once the "generator" comes in december.

Two adults, a 14-month-old, and small dog get out of the heat trailer ideas?

New here but we are also in Phoenix and just pulled the trigger on an Aliner Family Expedition for the same purpose. It fits the wife, 4 month old, and two dogs comfortably. Been out for 3 nights so far and loving the setup. We are planning on taking advantage of BLM land this summer. My...
