That’s a good-looking rig! I like the extended cab because it’s space I’m not putting people anyway. It gives the vehicle a muscular stance and a better exit clearance. You did a very good job outfitting the beast!
Take another look at the photos. Some of your questions can be answered. If the drill doesn’t work there are handles that will raise the roof. (I own a similar camper.)
You’ve done a lot of good work. I’ve seen a couple of these builds and there’s nothing I’d do differently with yours. I like that you retained the forest service green.
How did you insulate the rig? Are you posting the build on a different forum?

Sorry, the jack you would use in the event of a catastrophic flat tire. A factory bottle jack ain’t gonna cut it. And where do you store it?
