    How did you mount your heavy duty slides

    Not as much as you would think. It's 3/4" plywood, but staggering it like this allowed me to save 3/4". IIRC, the slides are 3/4", so i found a thin strip of backing material as a spacer, you can see it between the slider and the plywood.

    I built these last year for the LC. 36" slides, the one on the right is a double slide for the fridge and stove. The left side is the perfect fit for my Pelican 1550 with all my tools and enough room for recovery equipment and more. The steel frame bolts to the old 3rd row mounting points...
