Try replacing your cam sensor with an original ford or international version. Same thing happened to me. There is a slight magnetic/electrical interference with the wiper motor and aftermarket CPS sensors.

I'm just curious as to the reasons you are installing a sink in the bathroom. In my truck camper, the bathroom is pretty tight, hard to maneuver in, and I usually find myself brushing teeth/shaving in the kitchen sink or outside. Would you consider eliminating the bathroom sink to gain more...
