    Shhhsh 1650f EGT sustained is bloody hot. I would not want to run my high priced diesel up at those temps. Why not tune with AFR's instead?

    Yeah I did the same a few years ago then we got married on August long weekend so its a good way to get out of town for a few days. Mine too loves camping and 4x4ing so any excuse is good to get out of town for a weekend.

    Looks great! Congrats on the engagement! I'm impressed with how cleanly you filled the holes! Did you weld them up? I'm planing on removing my LX side skirts in the next 6-8 months as well.

    Had a tooth get broken off the low gear in my Brothers HJ60 t case (Same as a FJ62 case) he drove it for about 12k kms like that and when we tore into it we found that the previous owner had run a tap (stripped fill plug) to far into the case and broken the teeth off.
