Not sure if you have room in your cooler, but try freezing a gallon jug of water and then add what ever amount of cubes are needed. I do this in our yeti and I can get 7-10 days. Packing cold/frozen food also helps. I've done it in our little igloo and I usually get an extra day or two out of it.

Picked it up for $350. The rust is all surface and not to bad. The tub is 90% straight with the back pushed in about an inch. From what I've seen I'll only have (4) 1/4" holes to fill in the tub that were drill for drainage, which was weird considering both drains work just fine on the trailer...

By chance do you remember how much Rust Seal you went through on the frame? I'll be ripping apart my 416 this weekend and I'm thinking that Rust Seal will do nicely on the frame. Trailer looks tops by the way and thanks in advance for the answer.
